This mega project in Chula Vista, CA is one of the largest projects ever built on the west coast. The $1.32 billion collaboration between Mortenson | McCarthy, RIDA Development, and HKS Architecture was many years in the making. With 1,600 guest rooms, a 4.25-acre waterpark, the resort has more than 477,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
Scope of work:
In collaboration with Sika, Angelus installed commercial waterproofing and air barriers combining all of the Sika brands, nine separate scopes of work, under one manufacturer's warranty.

The new addition had over 35,000 sq. ft. of kitchens, freezers, food prep and storage room floors that needed Urethane Cement and Epoxy flooring system from Dex-O-Tex with 6" radius cove base.
